SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD WAS CALLED TO CONSIDER SEALED BIDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE * 1963-1964 PROGRAM - S'F;CTION "BT'.
Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM in the Board of Works room in City Hall -
All members present - The following business was had to wit:
The Clerk presented proof of publication that this date had been set to
open sealed bids for Surface Water Drainage - South Richmond - Section "B".
The proofs were accepted as in order by City Attorney Cecere and ordered
filed. The following bids were opened:

The Board tentatively accepted the low bid of the Engineering Construction Co.
of Logansport, Indiana, and intend to award the contract provided that the
Engineering Co. does submit a good and sufficient preformance bond.
