Present for the Administration: Superintendent Thomas Conrad, Director of Finance & Operations Giovanna Venditti,
Principal Keith Gauley, Principal Joanna Hughes
Call to Order & Declaration of a Quorum , Meeting Participation Statement and Recording Statement :
Chair Telman called the virtual meeting to order at 4 : 30 p . m . , declared a quorum present, and read the meeting
participation and recording statements .
Agenda Changes — None
Citizens Speak — None
PRIORITY BUSINESS
Superintendent Conrad indicated that he and Giovanna Venditti will be presenting the FY22 Budgets to the Brewster
Finance Committee and Board of Selectmen on March 10"' .
FY22 Budget Public Hearing :
On a motion by Katie Jacobus, seconded by Judi Lech and voted unanimously via roll call vote to move into a
Public Hearing on the FY22 Brewster Elementary School budgets .
There were no public comments .
On a motion by Marie Enochty, seconded by Katie Jacobus and voted unanimously via roll call vote to exit the
Public Hearing.
Adjournment
On a motion by Judi Lech , seconded by Katie Jacobus, it was voted unanimously via roll call vote to
adiourn the meeting at 4 : 40 p . m .
