A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety, was held
in City Hall, Richmond, Indiana, to consider the Assessment Roll for
the acquistion of property between South 9th and 10th and between
South "A" and "B" streets. After considering remonstrances the Board
made the. following awards to wit:

125 South 9th street. $10,500.00 $10,500.00

Everett Bolander
116 South 10th street $11,000.00 $11,500.00
Total $59,250.00
The Board sustained the awards heretofore made to Harry Swink,
Idris King and Clarence Jolliff, and modified the awards to the extent
reflected above to Lillian Feck and Everett Bolander. ,
There being no further business the meeting' adjourned.
