AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 -95
OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle Boa -d of Public Works and Safety, upon the approval
of the Common Council, entered into an Agreement for Trash Removal Services: and
WHEREAS, said Agreement includes an increase in monthly fees from those currently
charged residents within the City.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that
Section 6 -95 of the Greencastle City Code shall be amended and shall read:
See. 6 -95 Charges for Trash and Refuse Pick -Up and Disposal Sen4ces
The City of Greencastle shall levy a charge of Nine Dollars ($9.00) per month for trash
and refusepick -up and disposal services and curbside recycling services rendered by the
City.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
