PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
qHEREAS, Block 31, lot 3 applied for tax exempt status under
2he provisions for a total disabled veteran status in
~ccordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30et seq, and
qHEREAS, uhe Tax Assessor reviewed and apprnved the application
for the 1999 tax year, and
NHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommenolng that taxes for 1999
oe cancelled accordingly, and
NHEREAS, Block 192, Lot 3 was acquired b}Roroug. JV of Carteret,
and
~HEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that taxes be
'ancelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
3orough of Carteret, County of Midd].esex, New Jersey, that the
Pax Collector cancel taxes as follows:
