REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Captains Golf Course Restaurant Facility
The Town of Brewster, by and through the Town Administrator (the “Town”), is seeking
proposals from persons/firms to lease and operate restaurant facilities at the Town-owned
Captains Golf Course. Qualified persons or firms are requested to submit proposals to the
Brewster Town Administrator at Brewster Town Hall, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA no later
than 12:00 PM on November 19, 2021. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all
proposals or to cancel this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) if it is in the Town's best interest to do
so.
The Town has determined that this procurement is subject to the Uniform Procurement
Act, G.L. c.30B. Therefore, the provisions of G.L. c.30B are hereby incorporated by reference
into this RFP, as are any other provisions of law that are applicable to or are otherwise required
to be made part of this RFP. It is the responsibility of proposers to know and be familiar with all
such provisions, as such provisions shall, if required by law, supersede any conflicting provisions
contained in this RFP.
RFP packets will be available for pickup at the offices of the Town Administrator, Brewster
Town Hall, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631 as of Wednesday, October 20, 2021 or by
email to Donna Kalinick, Procurement Officer, dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov. The telephone
number is (508) 896-3701, ext. 1130. Proposals shall be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on
Friday November 19, 2021 in the Office of the Town Administrator, Brewster Town Hall, 2198
Main Street, Brewster, Massachusetts 02631.
Proposers should be aware of the following dates:
RFP Release Date: Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 8:30 a.m.
Question Deadline: Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
Proposal Deadline: Friday, November 19, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.
The most advantageous proposal from a responsive and responsible Food Service Operator,
taking into consideration all evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation will be selected.
