ARTICLE II
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
REGARDING ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD AS FOLLOWS:
Sec. I: That Section 4-48 shall be amended by increasing
the application fee from ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS to
ONE HUNDRED, FIFTY ($150.00) DOLLARS.
Sec. I_T: That Section 4-57(b) is hereby amended in its
entirety as follows:
(b) "There shall not be at any one (1) time more than
three (3) class "C" licenses issued and outstanding."
Sec. III: That Section 4--59 shall be amended by reducing
the amount of class "E" licenses that may be issued and
outstanding at any one (1) time from two (2) class "E"
licenses to one (1) class "E" license.
This Drdinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval
and publication in pamphlet form according to law.
This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 1337
Passed this 16t day of 1990.
