' P.I.N.(Pt. of)(07)01-33-300-0061 CHAPTER 7 ARTICLE 8 Sec. 8-141 MIDWESTI BANK/ILLINOIS, AS PTRUSTEENUNDER TRUST NUMBER 4604 WHEREAS, the real estate hereinafter described is contiguous to the Village of Plainfield and is not within the territorial limits of any other municipality; and WHEREAS, the owner has petitioned for annexation of the territory to the Village of Plainfield; and WHEREAS, there are no electors residing within .the said territory; and WHEREAS, notices as required by statute have been served and published, and a proper hearing has been held; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Village of Plainfield that said territory be annexed to the Village. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, as follows: Sec. 8-141-1: Territorv Described. That the following described tract of land herein called territory, to-wit: THE SOUTH 300 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, WHEATLAND TOWNSHIP, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AND THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS ADJACENT TO SAID 300 FEET, EXCEPT ANY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS PREVIOUSLY ANNEXED TO THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS. be, and the same is hereby annexed to and declared part of the Village of Plainfield, a Municipal Corporation. Sec. 8-141-2: Village Limits Extended. That the Village limits of the Village of Plainfield be, and the same are hereby extended to include the above described territory. Sec. 8-141-3: Ordinance No. 1 Amended. That ordinance No. 1 of the Village of Plainfield be amended as follows: VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD 1 1400 N. This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 1289 and shall take effect upon its passage and approval in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes of the State of Illinois in such case made and provided and the Village Clerk shall certify two copies of this Ordinance together with an accurate map of the annexed territory and file same in the Office of the County Clerk and the Village Clerk shall certify a copy of this Ordinance together with an accurate map of the annexed territory and record same in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of said Will County.
