AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR THE MARIM - PROJECT
PHASE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals
for the Marina Project — Phase II; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for the Marina Project — Phase II.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department, the Borough Director of Engineering and CME Associates.
Adopted this 5th day January, 2017 and
certified as a true copy of the original
