The application was approved based on a finding that the proposed facade renovations to an existing 4 (four) story condominium including stucco, paint, balcony railings and landscaping enhancements meet the minin-&n intent of the Design Manual and applicable review standards with the following condition: Any minor modifications in the approved landscaping shall be submitted to the Town Manager for review and approval and any major modifications shall be brought back to the ARPB for review and approval, -prior to commencement of landscaping.
