PHJA seeks the following public records:
All emails created, received or maintained by the Gulf Stream Police Department utilizing email addresses containing
“@ring.com”.
As proscribed by Section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes (2019), PHJA wishes to receive the requested records in their
original electronic format. See Miami-Dade County v. Professional Law Enforcement Association, 997 So. 2d 1289 (Fla. 3d
DCA 2009). If you anticipate that the production of the requested records will require payment by PHJA, please provide
a detailed and itemized written estimate prior to production of the requested records.
