WORKS & SAFELY, RICHMOND,IND.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 27, 1957
The Board of Public Works & Safety met 'in regular session in City Hall with City
Controller Wilson presiding. City Attorney Cecere absent. The minutes of the pre-
vious meeting dispensed with. The following business was had, to-wit;
Proof of publication was presented that this date had been set to receive bids on
a Bituminous Distributor for the Street Dept. The following bids received:
Flesch-Miller Tractor Co. $5,220.00
Reid Holcombe Co. 7,450.00
SeOstrom & Co. 4,462.18
Deeds Equipment Co. 6,200.00
These bids were taken under advisement.
The specifications and plans for the relocation of a traffic signal at North 5th & "A"
St were approved by the State. Work to be done immediately.
Police Chief Mitrione reported that Harold Williamson be made Patroleman effective 1-1-58
from probationer.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. _
