The Board of Public Works & Safety met in regular session in City Hall with City
Controller Wilson presiding. City Engineer Deuker absent. The minutes of the
previous meeting dispensed with, The following business was had, to-wit;
Specifications were presented to the Board of Works from the Street Dept. for
Bitaminous Pressure Distributor. The Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids.
