RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF CONTRACT PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, The Borough Engineer has developed contract plans and specifications in
connection with Contract #99-16, Town Center Project Area - Sewer Cleaning and
Internal Inspection ("Contract# 99-16"); and
WHEREAS, The Borough Council ofthe Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") wishes
to seek bid for Contract # 99-16.
NOW THEREFORE BE IS RESOLVED BY the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Carteret Borough Purchasing Agent shall be authorized to advertise
Contract # 99-16 plans and specifications.
