HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrdinance 07-2020ORDINANCE 07-2020 AMENDING THE CITY OF HOPKINSVILLE, KENTUCKY, ANNUAL CAPITAL EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY REPLACEMENT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2019 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2020 BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINSVILLE, KENTUCKY AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE The Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Capital Equipment and Property Replacement Budget of the City of Hopkinsville amended by Ordinance 30-2019 is hereby amended as follows: REVENUES Transfer from General Fund Additional Transfer from General Fund -WINS Transfer from General Fund-LDC Transfer from General Fund -Pavement Markings Transfer from TIF Fund Prior Year Revenue Total Revenues EXPENSES Police Department Fire Department City Maintenance Division Ft Campbell -Pavement Marking Contract Parks and Rec Public Safety/Municipal Building Bond Payment LDC - Property Acquisition Total Expenses SECTION TWO $1,422,118 31,901 35,000 55.000 200,000 20,000 [$140944-9] $1,764,019 329,614 603,395 111,010 80,000 550,000 35,000 [$1, 709, 010] 55.000 $1.764,019 The Mayor and/or City Administrative Officer are hereby authorized to enter into any contracts or agreements necessary to acquire capital equipment or services within the allocations listed in this ordinance. SECTION THREE If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such infirmities shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
