Meeting called to order and Governors' Orders read by Andrea Nevins at 1000pm
Documents and exhibits : Meeting Agenda , April 15 , 2021 minutes, Directors Report, Action plan
Implementation FY21
Minutes for March , meeting were accepted with correction .
DIRECTORS' REPORT :
Denise went over the May report . She noted Frank Callahans' last meeting in June and asked
if the Board knew of people who would like to serve .
She has scheduled a meeting with Health Officer to put a Reopening Plan together . The plan
will be in accordance with the Town Hall activities . The July newsletter will reflect the
changes .
Program Reports :
Curbside event on May 26 will celebrate Older American Month . Lisa has exercise books to
distribute at the event .
Lisa noted updates on programs to be filmed and presented in June , She will email the
updates to Sharon for the Action Plan Implementation .
Sharon mentioned that at the June meeting we will review this years' programs and add
what is needed for future objectives
A question was raised about a timeline for the elementary schools .consolidation . Will
committees be reactivated on the school consolidation and the Towns' interest in the Sea
Camp ?
It was noted that equipment at the Sea Camps will be auctioned off on May 26tH
Denise will find out about the committees at her next Town Department Meeting .
Liaison Reports :
Grants — Jay mentioned a Grants Subscription Service that could be purchased for time
increments . One week for $ 18 being the lowest . The service is called Mass Grant Watch .
The board agreed to a one week subscription .
Housing — Laura had no new information from Housing Meeting
Vision Plan — Sharon said the Stake Holder portion is finished and will be published .
Recreation — Steve said Summer Programs are in place and Sailing, Paddle Boarding and
Swimming will be 3 days a week, 11 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm . Classes will be small in consideration
of COVID .
Drummer Boy Park - A new playground is proposed and will be presented .
