DIRECTORS' REPORT :

Denise reviewed the opening plan and how the COA is being staffed . She reported that there
are about 50 people who need food shopping assistance thru the Mobile Food Distribution
Program Reports :
Lisa reviewed updates fortune/July Programs . Hydrangea viewing in Brewster and Sandwich ,
an ice cream party in July, and additional possibilities of cider and doughnuts and a lobster
roll picnic
Next week and Animal Rescue League segment will be filmed with others to follow
- Laura suggested videos for Social Media on securities provided to get a wider audience
We ne I d to work up a plan for what is feasible in the fall
Liaison Reports :
Grants — Jay proposed a mechanism to identify what programs to fund
Vision Plan — Sharon said the 15Y Annual Report will be revealed in July
Recreation — Steve spoke of the Pickleball presentation , Summer Programs are filled with
participants and Freemans' Field has had engineering stakes put in for the DPW to do that
work
