Meeting called to order by Andrea Nevins at 1 : 00 pm

DIRECTORS' REPORT :
See Report
COA is now open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for small groups : Quilters group ,
Outreach Medical Supplies . Start up is slow and some groups have made other . arrangements .
Program Reports ;
July programs went as advertised
Curbside ice cream event was held at COA with fewer participants — will have one in August,
but not In September
Health , Fair for fall is being planned — Denise, Lisa , Sharon and Andrea will work the details
In person Blood Tests and Glucose Screening will be starting again
Waiting for the ok to use the COA for exercise classes
With input from the meeting, the FY21/22 Action Plan is being updated
Drummer Boy Park Master Plan members were asked to review the Boards' comments and
recommendations and respond with changes by Monday . Cochairs Sharon and Andrea will
send the memo to the Drummer Boy Park Planning Committee under COA letterhead .

Liaison Reports :
- Grants opportunities : Jay Greene has sent emails to Tufts, Fallon and Mass Age Coalition
Grants, outlining plans at Drummer Boy Park and age- related exercise needs . In addition , he
has communicated with Federal Surplus Equipment, who referred him to State Surplus . He is
awaiting answers .
Andrea mentioned that there are items for Drummer Boy Park that do not require Town
Meeting approval such as distance marking on the paved path and relocation of benches to
better assist seniors . Denise will speak to Chris Miller about these items .
Denise introduced the resume of Janet Stolzer as a possible replacement for Frank Callahan
on the board . She will invite Janet to the next meeting .
- Vision Committee : Sharon reported that the first Annual Report has been issued and is on the
Town Web Site . Hard copies are at the Town Hall, Brewster Ladies Library, COA and other .
areas . The report shows accomplishments and next steps .
Finance Committee : Honey reported that there is an opening on the Finance Committee . The
Finance Committee is having a special meeting to discuss priorities for the coming year to .
bring to the Select Board ,
