Meeting called to order by Andrea Nevins at 1 : 00 pm
Documents and exhibits : Minutes of August 19 , 2021 , August Minutes were approved with correction ,

DIRECTORS' REPORT :

` Denise met with Conner Kenney who is the new Town Projects Manager . He will oversee all
new projects and the Town buildings .
Program Reports :

Lisa stated that beginning in September, Blood Pressure checks were started again on the 2 "d
and 4th Mondays of each month
- There are 3 dates in September for coffee and donuts .
Chair exercises will be rescheduled .
Lisa sent a note for publication in the Cape Codder about the availability of the COA Bocce
Courts .
Cape Cod Sea Camp — The town has reached an agreement and will be on Channel 18 on
Friday night at 6pm .
On September 25th, the Town Meeting will be at Stoney Brook . School and will require a two
thirds majority to pass the Sea Camp article .
Upon passage , a ballot vote , either by mail or polling place , will be held to approve a debt
exclusion and will need a simple majority .
Liaison Reports :'
Grants : Jay Greene and Andrea Nevins will draft a letter of intent to Community Preservation
for a grant to purchase benches for the Wells/ Frederick Court housing area
Recreation Committee : A problem with irrigation and water ponding at Freeman Fields has
required the Recreation Committee to have an analysis of the sprinkler system and soil
composition to determine a remedy . The Recreation Committee is putting a survey together
for Pickleball players, to determine future usage and needs . Fall Programs have begun and all
are fully attended . The Freeman Way ADA work is ongoing .
Vision Planning : The committee is in the process of developing a comprehensive plan and to
that end will be holding Community Forums in October .
