Meeting called to order and Governors' Orders read by Sharron Tennstedt at 1 : 00 pm

Plan Implementation FY22 , FY22 - 23 Select Board Strategic Plan Draft
September 16, 2021, Minutes were unanimously approved .
DIRECTORS' REPORT :

Covid Booster Shot scheduling is being planned
Congregate Meals are planned for Tuesday and Thursday in December
Three coffee and donut events are also being planned
The Dennis Senior Center Phase 1 is completed
Marilyn Dearborn is sending out an FOBE Newsletter
The Holiday Luncheon will be held December 9th at 1 : 00 pm at the 400 East Restaurant . Tickets
will be on sale at the COA on November 17th and 18th
Tickets for the Cape Cod Symphony " Holiday on the Cape" will be on sale at the COA on
November 3rd and 4th
- Sea Camp Acquisition — The town is looking at all possibilities for use such as a. Community
Center and Activity Consolidations , Department 4Head tours are to be held . Closing on the
property will be at the end of November . An Open House for the public will be held on a future
date .
Program Reports :
October programs were completed
November segments on VNA Services, Consumer Affairs, Identity Theft and Home
Improvement will be filmed
On November 10th, a Nutrition Program is being filmed
Programs to air in November are Emergency Preparedness, Homeopathy, Long Term Care ,
Scrimshaw and Chair Yoga
Liaison Reports :
Grants : Jay Greene has filled the forms with information that are the Boilerplate for Grant
Opportunities
Recreation Committee : Steve Holmes reported from the Recreation Committee that Pickle
Ball Striping at the Tennis Courts is delayed due to a backlog of work by the approved vendor.
There are also cracks in the courts that need to be repaired . The survey sent to the Pickle Ball
group shows that more courts are needed .
Fall programs are sold out .
A limited Winter Program is being planned , working with Ocean Edge ,
Freeman Way Ball Field ADA Compliance is ongoing .
Vision Planning : Sharon noted that a Vision Plan online survey is being planned .
