Jersey Department of Transportation for the Industrial Road Improvement Project
NOW, 1 H—E-REFOR.E, BE IT R ~SOLVED that Council cf Carteret formally approves the grant
application for the above stated project.
BE IT r URTHER RESOLVED that Mayor Reiman and the Clerk are hereby authorized to
submit an electronic g uant application identified as MA -2017 - tINDUS3RIP L ROAD, PHASE 11-
004! 31 to the New jersey Department of Transportation on behalf of the Borough of Carteret.
BE IT FURTHER RES OLVED that Mayor Reiman and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the
grant agreement on behalf of the Borough of Carteret and that their sig acre constitutes
acceptance of the terms and conditions of the grant agreement and approves the execution of the
grant ageement.
