AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND /OR DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
TO EXECUTE A TWA PERMIT WITH REGARD TO NJDEP FOR
VARIOUS PROJECTS WITHIN THE BOROUGH
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret that the Mayor and /or Director of Engineering are
hereby authorized to execute the Treatment Works Approval
Permit Application with regards to NJDEP for various projects
within the Borough, for CY 2017/2018; in a form approved by the
Borough Attorney and Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 9 day of February, 2017 and
Certified as a true copy of the original on
February 10, 2017.
