WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Persormel called for an examination for
the position of

WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification of
Eligibles for Appointment, dated June 2 1999 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that

is eligible for appointment to the position of
FIRE FIGHTER
in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBy RESOLVED that
RUSSELL T. APP
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
FIRE FIGHTER
of the Borough of Carteret from the Certification List dated
JUNE 2 1999
as provided by law, effective AUGUST 30 1999
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to the New Jersey Department of Personnel, P.O. Box 316, Trenton, NJ 08625-0316.
