AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 674, CHAPTER 8,
ARTICLE 8, SEC'T'IONS 6-1 THROUGH 6-35
Sec. 7-94: Zoning of property Owned by FIRST MIDWEST
BANK/ILLINOIS, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT
DATED SEPTEMBER 2, 1987, AND KNOWN AS TRUST
#5026.
WHEREAS, a public hearing Dias duly advertised and held
on the amendment to said Chapi~e:r 8, Article 6, Sections 6-1
through 6-35 (Ordinance No. 674) of said Village of
Plainfield as hereinafter aet forth, and
WHEREAS, this property is subject to an annexation
agreement obligating the Vi_11age to zone the property B-4 as
a condition of said annexation; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of
Plainfield has heretofore filed a report of its acts and
doings in the premises and it:s recommendation that the real
estate hereinafter described be zoned B-4 under said Chapter
8, Article 6, Section 6-1 through 6-35, entitled "An
Ordinance Requiring Permits for Buildings, Structures, and
Uses, Dividing the Village. into Districts, Specifying Minimum
Lot Sizes, Set Baclcs and Side Yards, Regulating the Bulk of
Buildings, Providing for Appe;~ls and Imposing Penalties," be
granted; and
WHEREAS, we believe that the highest and best use of the
real estate hereinafter described i.s for uses permitted in an
B-4 District under saki Chapter 8, Article 6, Sections 6-1
through 6-35; and
WHEREAS, no written objections to the zoning of said
premises were filed and no one appeared in person to object
to the zoning of said real estate; and
WHEREAS, it is tYze opinion of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Plainfield that the zoning of the
real estate hereinafter described should be zoned and
classified as an B-4 Distr.ici under, said Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE :C'1' OEDA7:NED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OI' TIIL: VIT,LA.';L O:r PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, as Follows:

tract of land, to-wit:
as described in Exhibit "A" which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
which said tract of land was previously zoned under the
ordinances of Will County, and pursuant to the annexation
agreement previously executed, said tract is now classified
and zoned as B-4 District under said Chapter 8, Article 6,
Section 6-2 (Ordinance No. G74) and is hereby added to and
made a part of the B-4 District under said Chapter 8, Article
6, Section 6-2.
Sec. 7-94-2: If Part Inva].i.d. The invalidity of any part
or section hereof shall not effect the validity of the
remainder hereof.
Sec. 7-94-3: This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance
No. 1247 This Ordinance, numbered as 1247 , shall be in
full force and effect after its passage and approval.

A DISTANCE OF 375 FEET TO THE CENTERLINE OF LILLY CACHE CREEK;
THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE SAID CENTERLINE OF LILLY CACHE CREEK
TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 23; THENCE
S 89°-16'E, ALONG SAID NORTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 211 FEET TO THE

DOCUMENT NUMBER R74-18159 AND EASTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF LILLY
CACHE CREEK. CONTAINING 0.05 ACRE, MORE OR LESS.
