November 1st 1943.
Regular meeting oY the Council;
Mayor Graham presiding and councilmen W.Haack- Neil Okones,
Geo Lindeman and H.L Luwe present. -
Minutes of the last meeting were read,and on motion by Lindeman
second by Luwe same be approved as read- P.4otion carried.
The Marshall reported on the Inspection of Stove pipes and
Chimneys, stateing that several places had been Pound where
pipes and chimneys were in bad shape, and that the owners were
notified to place in repair at once.
The council ordered the T�4arshall to make a second inspection
Boon to determine that all places had been properly taken care
oY.
It was moved and seconded that the Mayor appoint a Night man
as soon as deemed adviseable by him. motion carried
It was duly moved and seconded that the Tdight mans salary
be fixed at not more than �65.00 per month. Motion carried.
Treasurers report was received, read, and ordered. placed on
file.
The following bills were presented, considered and on
motion by Lindeman second by Okones, allowed as read. motion carry
