with Richard Adams the parking requirements and costs for a seasonal Ferris wheel in the 16th street parking lot.(This is a preliminary discussion and does not include a discussion of
a lease agreement, business licensing, insurance, site plan and variance requirements)
Consideration of raising the balance of meters from $1.50/hour to $2/hour
