AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH ATTORNEY
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH PRAXAIR, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Borough Attorney is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Praxair, Inc. with
regard to the Noe Street Drainage Project.
