SUBJECT: PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS — MEETING OF
FEBRUARY 27, 2013
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions
from their February 27, 2013 meeting.
BACKGROUND:
On February 27, 2013, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled
meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the February 27, 2013 Public Safety
Commission meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner — Clift, Haddad, Redmond, Stratis, Nimri
Absent: Commissioner — None
Excused: Commissioner — None

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their February 13, 2013
meeting.
3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held six hearings in person, and upheld three
citations and dismissed three citations.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed six hearings requested by written
declaration, and upheld five citations and dismissed one citation.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to review and receive this report.

None.
