Chantel Morton, Pete Ryerson, Angela Hudson, Denise Dubuque and City Marshal Bruce Saunders
Guests: Cale representatives: Jeff Nethery and Joe Vertullo
CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Bill Garbett
called the meeting to order.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Garbett made a motion to approve the minutes. Mr. Wolff seconded the motion. The minutes were approved.
New Business
Presentation
by Cale America regarding multi-space parking meters-Jeff Nethery
The committee discussed the new meters, the trial and advantages of the new meters.
Mr. Garbett asked if this needed
to go to Council.
Ms. Hudson said that an RFP must be done first, get the bids in, then back to the Parking Committee.
Mr. Wolff made a motion to recommend to Council that we issue
an RFP to find a vendor to replace all of our Pay and Display meters, including a one year lease option as worked out by Parking and Finance, before next season.
Mr. Garbett seconded
the motion. The motion carried.
Mr. Wolff made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Garbett seconded. The meeting was adjourned.
