OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
AND SAFETY, RICHMOND, INDIANA.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 24, 1954.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session in its office in the City Hall in said City,
Friday, December 24, 1954, at the hour of 8: 00 o' clock A.M. (CST) . Mr.
Coleman presiding with the following members being present: Mr. Hodgin
and Mr. Chambers. The following business was had, to-wit:On motion duly made, seconded and carried, the minutes of the previous
meeting were dispensed with,
The Board unanimously adopted Assessment Roll Nos. 981-1954 and 987-
1954. The Clerk was order to prepare the advertising for a hearing
to be held on January 21, 1955.
The Clerk was authorized to prepare a Declaratory Resolution for
trading trucks used by the Street Department and also prepare the
advertising to received bids on three (3) new dump trucks as per speci-
fications.
Claims in the amount of .$40,008,06 were allowed.
There being no further business presented on motion duly made, se-
conded and carried, the meeting adjourned.
