NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mawr and Council of Carteret
authorizes the Purchasing A_ent on behal fof the Boruu�11h to issue and execute a Purchase
Order for the foregoing. ith funds certified available be the Chief Financial Officer: and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Finance Officer is herebN authorized to
arrange to pa} for the foregoing in accordance �\ ith the terms of the purchase order.
