(48) Mi Y, R RAN Mayor Reiman stated #3 the fee agreement, this is for the lawsuit. As you know we filed a suit against the field turf company and Newark's Board of Education filed suit, so the attorneys for them and us got together and go after the field turf jointly. So were joining in with the Newark Board of Ed we are joining together to try to be the lead Plaintiff in it. Mayor Reiman #4 the Praxair this is a natural nitrogen line under the industrial highway that was put in in the 80's, they need to move their line so we can continue our Noe street storm water improvement project that goes through new the Culvert crossing on Industrial.
