AND .SAFETY, RICHMOND, INDIANA

The Board of Public Works arid Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana,_ met in regular session in its office in the City Hall
in said City, Thursday, December 24, 1953, at the hour of 9: 00
o' clock a.m. (c. s. t. ) . Mr. Coleman presiding with the following
members being present: Mr. Hodgin and Mr. Haworth. The following 1,,
business was had, to-wit:
On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the minutes
of the previous meeting were dispensed with.
The Board by unanimous vote praised the entire Police Department
for the good job done in regards to capturing the filling station
bandits and also the capture of two escapees from the Michigan
State Penitentiary.
The Board unanimously adopted Preliminary Asssessment Roll No.
967-1953 and approved the public hearing to be held. on January
15, 1954,
The Board allowed the claims in .the amount of d 29, 103�21.
There being no f rther business presented, on motion duly made,-
seconded and carried the meeting adjourned to meet on Thursday
December 31, 1953.
