DESIGNATING OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES
OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT AND IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New
Jersey, that the
Ocwen Federal Bank FSB
be and are hereby designated as the official depository of
the Borough of Carteret and that checks for the payment of
money upon said official depositories, be signed on behalf
of the Borough of Carteret by the Mayor, Municipal Clerk
and the Borough Treasurer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take
effect immediately.
Adopted this 2nd day of September, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 3, 1999.
