OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
. AND SAFETY, RICHMOND, INDIANA.
FRIDAY., MARCH 13, 1953.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session in its office in the City Hall in said City,
Friday, March 13, 1953, at the hour of 9: 00 o' clock A.M. (CST) . Mr.
Coleman presiding with the following members being present: Mr. Hodgin
and Mr. Haworth. The following business was had, to-wit:
On motion duly made, seconded and carried, the minutes of the previous
meeting were dispensed with.
4,7) Mr. Beck, General Manager, of the Light Plant appeared before the Board
and reviewed the plans that the C & 0 Railroad had prepared for the
side-track that will run from South 8th Street crossing to the new
Light Plant Site. Mr. Beck also informed the Board that the C & 0
Railroad officials were preparing an agreement to be signed by the
City in regards to easements necessary for the side-track.
The claims in the amo1nt of .$2336. 70 were allowed.
There being no further business presented on motion duly made, se-
. conded and carried, the meeting adjourned.
