The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in regular session in its office in the City Hall
in said. City, Friday, December 19, 1952, at the hour of 9:00
o 'clock A.M . cst. Mr. H.G. Coleman presiding with the following
members being present : Mr. S.W. Hodgin and Mr. Clifford M. Haworth
The following business was had, to-wit:

On motion duly made , seconded and carrcted., the minutes of the
o:a previous meeting were dispensed with.
On recommendation of Mr. Haworth, the Board unanimously voted
to reject all bids received for the construction of the Beall-
view Sewer and readvertise for the same.
The Board allowed the claims in the amount of $ 2,055.82.
There being no further business presented, on motion duly made,
seconded and carried the meeting adjourned.
