AND SAFETY, RICHMOND, INDIANA
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 1952.
IIThe Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in , regular session in its office in the City Hall in said City,
Friday, November 14, ,1952, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A.M. (CST) . Mr.
k Coleman presiding with Mr. Hodgin being present. Mr. Chambers present
in the absence of Mr.. Haworth. The following business was had, to-wit:
On motion duly made, seconded and carried the minutes of the previous
meeting were dispensed with.
On recommendation of the Chief of Police, the Board approved the
appointment of Lawrence E. Turner as probationary patrolman effective
= December 1, 1952.

7` The Board approved the Clerk of preparing the advertisement for the
receiving of bids for the Beallview Sewer. The bids to be received
Friday, December 12, 1952.
The Board approved the Clerk of preparing the advertisement for the
receiving of bids for a safe for the Health Department of the City
of Richmond, Indiana. The bids to be received Friday, December 12,
1952.
The Board allowed the claims in the sum of $30,549.48.
IIThere being no further business presented on motion duly made,
seconded and carried the meeting. adjourned.
