Hannah Solar also confirms that we intend to have these projects installed and operational to meet all program milestones and finish dates. Hannah Solar LLC is privileged to be invited to bid on the Solarize Tybee Program in Chatham County, GA. We trust you will find our credentials and experience meet your required standards of excellence. Our residential and small business client base is spread throughout Georgia. Our commercial clients include Southern Company, Georgia Power, several southeastern EMC's and various Fortune 500 companies. Our individual customers have installed tens of megawatts around rural Georgia on their farms and family land. We look forward to partnering with the City of Tybee Island and Chatham County to make this innovative community solar program a success. This response will establish the capability and program designs as well as group pricing for the photovoltaic systems covered in the Solarize Tybee Program. Its purpose is to provide sufficient information for you to move forward with Hannah's proposal. Solarize Tybee and Chatham County Program Hannah Solar, LLC CjTh IHANNAH SOLAR Be A Solar Powerhouse. Solarize Tybee Executive Summary Hannah Solar is uniquely qualified to carry out the full extent of the Solarize Tybee and Chatham County Program. As the Georgia based solar integrator with the most solar projects developed in the state (source: Georgia Energy Data as compiled by SouthFace at http://www.georgiaenergydata.org/solarmap) , coupled with our unique set of affiliated companies and partners, Hannah Solar can quickly mobilize our in-house team of over 70 dedicated solar employees to make the program a successful reality. To drive the market acceptance, Hannah Solar will donate up to four 10kw systems at the corresponding price breaks shown in Appendix A. These systems are to be installed at non- profit organizations that can be picked by the program coordinators through a fair lottery or other type of selection system you deem appropriate. Hannah Solar's partner companies will help create the appropriate scale and set of services for the community and allow flexible supply to meet any anticipated demand. Our exclusive partner, Dividend Solar is a lending platform that provides convenient loan financing to homeowners looking for a smart solution to go solar. With a Dividend Solar EmpowerLoan, customers will realize the full economic benefit of solar ownership and have the 'peace-of-mind' of hassle-free performance and maintenance guarantees. This no money down solution is designed to make the decision to go solar as easy as possible. We have included the most attractive benefits of a solar lease, while shifting more of the economics back to the Customer- first of its kind in Georgia and the Southeast. Hannah Solar's affiliated and in-house company, Worry Free Power, currently sells and installs back-up generators to the residential and small commercial market in Georgia with a desire to expand in coastal Georgia. We also are partnered with our co-located energy efficiency products partner, Energy Integrated Solutions (EIS). EIS provides energy audits, LED lighting retrofits, real-time energy management monitoring, education and products. This set of active state-wide capabilities, along with our EV charging station line of business within Hannah Solar, further empowers our ability to provide a full suite of solar, electrical and energy efficiency services to your community. Hannah specifies and installs Tier 1 products from USA and European suppliers, such as, SolarWorld Panels (USA and Germany), SMA Inverters (USA), as well as American made wiring harnesses and steel racking. This assures you of the highest quality over the 25+year life of the system —we believe it is not just about the price, but rather, confidence in an electrical generating system that will last 3 decades or more. Hannah Solar and Worry Free Power intend to invest in Chatham County upon award of this bid. At a minimum, we will have a local warehouse with front office similar to our location in Atlanta. This would include a demonstrable use of solar at the site, such as a solar 5 Solarize Tybee and Chatham County Program Hannah Solar, LLC -10 jTh HANNAH SOLAR Be A Solar Powerhouse. sculpture/tree in the front making it clearly visible that solar PV is working in Chatham County (see Hannah HQ picture in Hannah Overview and Capabilities section). We also intend for our solar and electrical business to be sustainable and not dependent on just the first wave of the Solarize Tybee program. Partnering with CS Cooper Construction in Savannah will also allow us to round-out our local capabilities until we are fully built-out in Chatham County. Customers, such as Gulfstream, have already had Hannah install EV charging stations with more planned — just one recent example underpinning our desire to grow in Chatham and the coastal region of Georgia. We are currently finishing over 2.1 MW of installations nearby in Waycross, GA and performing a small installation at the local military base outside of Savannah. 6 Solarize Tybee and Chatham County Program Hannah Solar, LLC HANNAH SOLAR Be A Solar Powerhouse. 2. What Else Do I Need to Know? Incentive Payment Overview--30%of Loan Amount due by Month 16 One of the biggest advantages of buying(rather than leasing)your solar energy system is that you may qualify for a tax credit from the federal government of up to 30%of the expenditure of your system.*In order to keep your interest rate low,the loan terms require you to use your tax credit to pay down the principal on your EmpowerLoan by the 16th month of your loan(the Incentive Payment). The Incentive Payment amount is equal to 30%of your loan amount. In most cases, this is money you would otherwise owe to the federal government that you are now able to use to invest in your energy independence. If you don't make the Incentive Payment in full by the 16th month of your loan, your outstanding principal will be subject to an increased interest rate until the Incentive Payment is made, after which your interest rate will return to your original low rate. No Prepayment Penalties to Maximize Savings You can prepay your loan at any time without penalty.Prepayments will not change the interest rate or monthly minimum payment required, but paying early will reduce the effective term of your loan and save you money by reducing the amount of interest you will pay in the future. If you choose to use your monthly savings to help pay off your loan, you can maximize savings over the life of your system. Solar System Lifespan Most solar systems can be productive for 25-30 years or more and their primary operating components come with long-term manufacturers'warranties. As part of your EmpowerLoan,Hannah Solar will manage those warranties and provide long-term system performance guarantees on your system. Net Metering At times, your solar energy system will produce more electricity than you can use,and the surplus electricity is returned to the utility grid to be used by other consumers. This process is called"net metering,"and it effectively credits you for excess production and bills you for the net amount of electricity that you have pulled from the grid. SW-01-6026US 12-2014 L ": Product Datasheet LGate 120 Mao .,,,-_ RESIDENTIAL SOLAR MONITORING SOLUTION LGate The LGate 120 is a single-phase electronic watt-hour meter 10098351 for remote monitoring of solar photovoltaic systems. It features a smart communications module to automatically transmit meter data over cellular or Ethernet networks allowing system owners and operators to easily manage distributed solar assets. The LGate 120 combines a revenue-grade, solid-state power meter with an advanced communications gateway. These components work in conjunction to remotely monitor the performance of residential solar energy installation regardless of panel or inverter type. The LGate 120 is a one-piece completely under glass meter which installs easily using a standard socket base. Performance data is uploaded in near real-time to the Locus Energy Solar-OSTM monitoring platform which provides a suite of tools and analytics for asset managers. DATA COLLECTION AC energy data is collected by the meter and passed to the communications module. Additional system performance data can be collected directly from meteorological sensors and supported inverters via available RS-485 or Zigbee connections. All data is stored in non-volatile memory and then automatically uploaded to the Solar-OS and SolarNOC platforms. NETWORK CONNECTIVITY The communications gateway inside the LGate 120 supports plug and play connectivity through a cellular or available Ethernet network connection. Once the unit is installed and powered on, it will immediately begin transmitting data without any configuration. For maximum reliability, the communications gateway will automatically route uploads between the wireless and wired connections if either of the networks are unavailable.
