SAFETY, RICHMOND, INDIANA, FRIDAY,
NOVEMBER 23, 1951.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session in :its office in the . City Hall in said City
Friday, November 23, 1951, at the hour of 9:00 0tclo'ek A.M. Mr.
. Coleman iresiding with the following members being present: Mr. Hodgin
and Mr. Haworth. The following business was had to-wit:
On motion made, seconded and carried, the .minutes of the previous meeting
were dispensed with.
The Board ordered No Left-turn signs to be erected at all 4 corners of
7th and Main Streets.
The Board authorized the City Engineer to make plans for a storm sewer
between West Main and National Road, from West 13th Street to West
15th Street.

The proofs were ordered received and filed.

all present wh`oydb's'ipet1-to express themselves on Improvement Resolution
No. 94.7-1951. The Board finds that the benefits that will accrue to
the property abutting and adjacent will be equal. to or exceed the
estimated costs of the proposed improvement. The Board now confirms
Improvement Resolution No. 946-1951 without modifications.
The Board allowed the claims in the amount of S21,4.10.53.
There being no further business presented, on motion made, seconded •
and carried the meeting adjourned.
