OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND
• SAFETY, RICHMOND, INDIANA NOV. 16, 1951.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of theCity of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session in its office In' the City Hall in said City
Friday, November 16, 1951, at the hour of 9:00 o' clock A.M. ( cst) .
Mr. Coleman presiding with the following members being present: Mr.
Hodgin -and Mr. Haworth.

On motion made, seconded and carried, the minutes of the previous
meeting were dispensed with.
Cq • Mrs. Garrett appeared before the Board protesting the running of
a Junk Yard by a Mr. Coffey in a residential area. Mrs. Garrett was
J advised by the City Attorney to wait and see what the outcome was
on the injunction suit against one Eugene Battista. •
The Board unanimously adopted the preliminary assessments rolls of
Improvement Resolutions No. 934-1950 and No. 940-1950 and -ordered the
Clerk to prepare the publication for a public hearing to be held on
Friday, December 14, 1951 at 10:00 o' clock A.M.
The Board allowed the claims in the sum of $ 5, 910.56.

There, being no further business presented on motion made; seconded and
unanimously carried the meeting adjourned.
