The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, .Indiana. met in regular session in its office in the City Hall in said City Friday, March 30, 1951, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A.M. Mr. Coleman presiding with the following member being present: Mr. Ross. Mr. Haworth being absent. The following business was had, to-wit: The minutes of the previous meeting were raed and approved. The Board authorized the Fire Department to purchase a suitable sized boat that could be used for life saving purposes in this area by both the Police and Fire Depts. The request of stop-signs at the intersection of West 15th and Main Streets was referred to the Street Comm. to see that these signs are placed at said. intersection. The report of stop-signs at the intersections of South 6th and G Streets and South 8th and G Streets being missing was referred to the Street Comm. to see that these stop-signs are replaced.
