CITY OF TYBEE ISLAND
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Tybee Island is scheduled to hold a municipal election
on Tuesday, November 3, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the County Board of Registrars has provided the City with a list of
municipal electors; and
WHEREAS, a Registrar for the City needs to be appointed to act as Municipal
Registrar to review the list of proposed electors and to perform other duties
in cooperation with the Chatham County Board of Registrars;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Tybee Island in open meeting assembled, hereby designate Janet LeViner,
Clerk, to act as Registrar for the City in connection with the election to be
conducted on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
Adopted this 12th day of February 2015.
