The Brewster Old King' s Highway Regional Historic District Committee , acting under the Massachusetts General
Laws, Chapter 470, Acts of 1973 as amended , came to order at 7 , 00 pm virtually being recorded at the Brewster
Town Hall . Committee members present were Steven Bergquist, Patricia Busch , Jim Trabulsie ( Chairman ) , Tom
Turcketta and Sara Provos ( Senior Department Assistant ) . Carol Appleton and George Carey were absent .

Frederick and Maureen Ryan, 197 Brier Lane, Map 48 Lot 20
Roof Mounted Solar Panels
■ Diane Addison with My Generation Energy represented the homeowners .
■ Twelve ( 12 ) panels will be placed on the garage roof.
■ Panels will be all black and flush with the roof.
■ The committee felt that these panels will have minimal visual impact to the surrounding area .
■ Sara Provos read into record an abutter notice from Jack Drake .
■ Tom Turcketta accepted as proposed . Patricia Busch seconded .
■ All voted in favor .

Roof Mounted Solar Panels
■ Matthew Libby with Freedom Forever Solar represented the homeowners .
■ Twenty-two panels to be placed on both sides of the roof.
■ Chairman Trabulsie and Mr . Bergquist noted that the panels will be visible and do not appear to have a minimal
visual impact to the surrounding area .
■ Mr . Libby noted that he did not have any other options in placement of the panels
■ Steven Bergquist moved to continue to the November 8, 2021 HDC meeting . Patricia Busch seconded .
■ All voted in favor .

■ Jessica Georges represented herself as the owner of the new business going into Foster Square .
■ Sign will be wood with white lettering and green background .
■ Patricia Busch moved to accept as presented . Tom Turcketta seconded .

■ Six-foot stockade and black chain link fence to be placed on the perimeter of the property .
■ Tom Turcketta moved to accept as amended . Patricia Busch seconded .
■ All voted in favor .
