Committee members present were Carol Appleton , Steven Bergquist, Jim Trabulsie ( Chairman ) , Tom Turcketta and Sara Provos ( Senior Department Assistant ) , Patricia Busch and George Carey were absent . -= CONTitVpA H40- 21-273 Jo-Ann Overstreet Trustee c/o Mina & Nancy Kaddis, 10 Nancy May Path, Map 91 Lot 14-798 Roof Mounted Solar Panels ■ This application was continued from the October 25 , 2021 meeting . ■ Carol Appleton reviewed the October 25 , 2021 meeting online . ■ Matthew Libby from Freedom Forever represented the homeowners . ■ No changes were made from the original application that was submitted at the October 25 , 2021 meeting . ■ Chairman Trabulsie noted that the panels were visible and do not meet the standard of minimal visual impact . ■ Tom Turcketta moved to deny the application as it does not meet the criteria of minimal visual impact . Steven Bergquist seconded . ■ Carol Appleton did not vote to deny . ■ Vote 341 0 H40-21-277 Jeffrey & Cynthia Prall Trustee/ CJP Realty Trust, 40 Daisy Lane, Map 56 Lot 79 Garage Addition ■ Homeowner Jeffrey Prall was present at the meeting . ■ Mr. Prall reviewed the project with the committee . ■ Hardyboard clapboard siding to be placed on the front exterior with a 4" exposure . ■ Hardyboard shakes to be placed on three sides of the home with a 5" exposure . ■ Mr. Prall stated he would like to put 6X6 windows on the front of the home and 1X1 windows on the remaining of the home . ■ Mr . Turcketta stated that he was not comfortable with 1X1 windows in the Historic District . ■ Specification sheets for doors and windows were not provided for review by the committee . ■ The committee noted that the windows on the house and the faux dormer do not align and seems inappropriate for the district . ■ Deck drawing / railings are not clear . ■ The committee feels 6X6 windows is appropriate for the district . ■ The committee feels that this application is incomplete . Brewster Historic District Committee / Minutes of November 8, 2021 Meeting 1 ■ Mr . Prall will provide updated plans for the next HDC meeting that will provide a true rendering of what will be built and will also include ; o Updated elevations o Specification sheet on windows o Specification sheet on doors o Garage specification sheet o Updated drawing on deck and railing o Updated West and North elevation drawings ■ Tom Turcketta moved to continue this application . Steven Bergquist seconded . ■ All voted in favor . ISO SChEDU� FPLICAT��r S ,r H40-21-289 Jesse and Stacy Blatz, 30 Bog Pond Road, Map 67 Lot 63 Skylights ■ Jon McPhee with McPhee Associates represented the homeowners . ■ Chairman Trabulsie noted that the two skylights on the front of the home are not visible from the surrounding area . ■ Carol Appleton moved to accept as presented . Tom Turcketta seconded . ■ All voted in favor . H41- 21-292 Jonathan Watkins, 1269 Millstone Road , Map 85 Lot 156 Addition and Covered Decks ■ Homeowner Jonathan Watkins attended the meeting. ■ Mr . Watkins discussed the plans with the committee . Doors and windows will be trimmed in 1x4 Azek . ■ Specification sheet for left side front door will be provided to the Building Department for the file . ■ Tom Turcketta moved to accept as presented . Carol Appleton seconded . All voted in favor. D- 11-21-293 David Ahlin and Annette Joseph, 89 Weathervanes Way, Map 114 Lot 9 Demolish Existing Structure ■ Homeowners Annette Joseph and David Ahlin represented themselves . ■ Chairman Trabulsie read into record an abutter letter from Michael and Lauren Hagan . ■ Steven Bergquist moved to accept as presented . Carol Appleton seconded . ■ All voted in favor. H - 11- 21-294 David and Leda lannitelli, 891 Long Pond Road, Map 86 Lot 9 Roof Mounted Solar Panels ■ Mr. lannitelli asked to continue this application to December 13, 2021 HDC meeting . 2
