PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, Block ~ 146 Lot # 10, Assessed in the
name of ST. GEORGE JACOBITE CENTER OF N.J. INC., has
requested to be Tax-Exempt for 1998 and subsequent
years, and
WHEREAS, ST GEORGE JACOBITE CENTER OF N.J. INC.,
purchased this property located at % 611 Roosevelt -
Avenue on Januarey 15, 1998, said property was already
Tax-Exempt under SAINT MARK EPISCOPAL CttURCH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret than Block # 146 -
Lot # 10 remain Tax-Exempt.
Adopted this 2nd day of September, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 3, 1999.
