The Brewster Planning Board will hold a public hearing virtually on WEDNESDAY, January 26, 2022
beginning at 7 : 00 pm to be recorded at Brewster Town Hall, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA . The
following application will be heard :
Special Permit and Site Plan Review Application #2022 -01 : Applicant : Ocean Edge Resort LLC .
Owners : 2851 Main Street Holdings LLC and Fieldstone Holdings LLC , Representative : John O' Reilly,
J . M'. O' Reilly & Associates, Inc . for property located at 2851 Main Street and 0 Main Street and shown
on Assessor' s Map 90, Lot 153 and Lot 210 in the Residential Medium Density ( R- M ) zoning district .
The Applicant seeks a special permit and site plan approval to construct a parking facility for use by
club members and their guests adjacent to a private recreational facility pursuant to § 179 - 22 B ( 1 ) ,
§ 179 - 511 § 179 - 64, and Table 1 Use Regulations, Commercial #30 of the Brewster zoning bylaw .
