Pursuant to Governor Baker' s March 12, 2020, Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and his
March 15 and March 23 , 2020, Orders imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this
meeting will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible . Specific information and the general
guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend
this meeting may be found on the Town ' s website at www . brewster- ma . gov . For this meeting, members of the public
who wish to listen to the audio broadcast may do so via the Town of Brewster website at http • // livestream . brewster-
ma_gov or on Channel 18 . No in - person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be
made to ensure the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means . The Town has
established specific email addresses for each board and committee that will be meeting remotely so that residents can
send their comments in writing either before or during the meeting . For this meeting, please send contact
panderson@brewster-ma .gou. In the event we are unable to live broadcast these meetings, despite best efforts, we will
post on the Town website an audio recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as
possible after the meeting at http : //tv brewster- ma . gov.

6 . Discussion regarding increasing reminder notice from $4 . 00 to $ 10 . 00 per
Finance Dept .
• Motion by Commissioner Brown to increase reminder notices from $4 to $ 10
as recommended by the Finance Department.

7 . Discussion regarding PFAS cost recovery program .
• Program to help recoup expenses of clean up
• No PFAS currently detected in Brewster Water
a . Motion by Commissioner Brown register to PFAS cost recovery
program even though its currently not an issue in Brewster.

8 . Review Fall Town Meeting capital requests
• $ 40, 000 for redevelopment for both wells
• $ 40, 000 for replacement of pumps
• $ 60, 000 for Vehicle Replacement
• Installation of water main on Red Top Road - $ 150, 000
a. Motion by Commissioner Brown to support proposed capital requests
as presented by the Superintend Anderson.

9 . Superintendent's Report
• Great Fields Road water main installation complete
a . Still need to disinfect and pressurize
b . Estimated OK to give water to residents in about two weeks
• Water main flushing to begin the 3rd week of November
• Nor' easter
a . Generators worked perfectly
b . Loss internet access for SCADA System but, able to access the internet
with the assistance of the town ' s IT Director ,

• Utilizing Utility Cloud for all work orders
