AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 (BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS), ARTICLE
XVI (CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION), SUBSECTION 7-603 (MEMBERS),
SUBPARAGRAPH (D), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI ,
PERTAINING TO RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS OF MEMBERS .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI , AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 7 (Boards and Commission ), Article XVI (Cultural Arts
Commission), Sec. 7-603 (Members), Subparagraph "D", is hereby amended to read as
follows :
Sec. 7-603. Members
D. Reside ncy. At least ~ e ig ht (8) members sha ll be res idents of t he C ity of Jefferson; a max imum
of~ t hree (3 ) members may reside outside the C ity.
Section£. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
