ORDINANCE NO..41-2022
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR CERTAIN
PARCELS FRO1V1 HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL(HC)DISTRICT TO
INSTITUTIONAL (IS)DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain properties commonly known as 0
Commerce Road (State Parcel No.: 89-16-36-100-127.000-030) and 0
Commerce Road (State Parcel No.: 89-16-36-100-128.001-030), and each
legally described as follows,to wit:
0 Commerce Road: LOT 9 PARKLAND INDUSTRIAL
PARK SEC 3
0 Commerce Road: PT LOT 8 PARKLAND INDUSTRIAL
PARKSEC 3 CONT 1.00A
each as a Highway Commercial (HC) District, as described on Exhibit A,
with an additional plat map included as Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change both zoning designations to an Institutional (IS)
District in order to allow proper zoning for building a church.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designations for the above described properties are each
changed to an Institutional(IS)District.
