• Permit Application, including issue date and expiration date
• Any and all documentation regarding Plans and Plan Review
• Any and all Records, Reports and Logs of Inspections
• Records of Re-Inspections and Submittals
• Photographs
• Any and all Certificates of Occupancy
• Any and all Notices of Acceptance
• Any and all documentation closing out Permits
Please include a copy of this correspondence with your response.
We agree to pay the actual cost of duplication as defined in §119.07(1)(a). However, if you
anticipate that in order to satisfy this request, "extensive use" of information technology resources
or extensive clerical or supervisory assistance as defined in §119.07(1)(b) will be required, please
provide a written estimate and justification. Should you require pre-payment, please email a pre-
payment request to me. Otherwise, you may include the invoice with the records, and we will
process for payment at that time.

The Town of Gulf Stream received your public record request on October 11, 2019. Your request

The City of Delray Beach serves as the Town’s building official and issues all building permits
for construction in the Town. We have submitted your request to The City of Delray Beach to
provide these records. The City of Delray Beach Clerk’s Office has reviewed its files and has
located responsive records to your request. Please log in to the Public Records Center at the
following link to retrieve the appropriate responsive documents provided by our Building
Department:

Additionally, the Delray Beach Permits Department attached a permit history of the property
along with additional information about the attached permits and 18-178905. The Interior
Alteration permit, 17-168971, and the Pool permit, 19-181494, are still open and are only in hard
copy, with documents sized, including rolled plans, that cannot be scanned or copied in-house
and will have to be sent to Delray Blueprint. If you would like The City of Delray Beach to send
them out, then Delray Blueprint will call you when the plans are ready and you would pick up
and pay for the plans directly with Delray Blueprint.
If the Town does not hear from you within 30 days of this letter, we will consider this request
closed.

Additionally, our Permits Dept. advised: I have attached a permit history of the property along with additional
